    Touchscreen on Windows 10 Laptop working Intermittently


    So I have a windows 10 laptop, HP x360 13"

    Its a great little laptop, but recently the touchscreen is only working for a while after the computer is turned on or restarted.

    When its not working I cannot find the touch screen settings in the settings menu to recalibrate it and under Device manager, cannot find the driver for it.

    I'm not really sure how to go about fixing this - so any help would be appreciated

    Amy,

    Your first steps should be to go to the HP support for your model to check for any updated drivers & any updated BIOS.

    HP also provide a lot of guidance in their support site & in their user forums so it would be worth seeing if there is any useful for you there.
