Hello. I would like to know if there is any way to hide a single drive from "safe removal" of Windows 10. Is it also possible to hide it from Windows Explorer? Thanks in advance for any answers.
yes, you can hide it from Explorer, which would hide it from the system in general, using a registry entry. Restart is required for it to take effect.

If it's hidden, the system will not see it and the drive letter will not be available until it is un-hidden. dword:00000000
I'm unclear why you are needing/wanting to do this. If you can, maybe a "why" would help to better answer the question.

In fact, you're right, it would be better to explain why I'd like to hide the device from safe removal.
The reason is related to a "readyboost" drive that I use in a desktop PC to speed up the system. This drive (which necessarily must always remain mounted) often (in haste) is removed by exchanging it for one of the many other USB sticks that are inserted and disarmed in the system.
For this reason I would like the "readyboost" drive to be "permanently" mounted in the system; thus avoiding being removed "by mistake".
Regarding this, perhaps there is some better solution than the one proposed to solve the problem.
Because I keep USB drives connected I ensure they each have a Label denoting an identity difference from any other such as WDC4TB for a connected 4TB drive. I also put a Label on each Thumb drive I use denoting its size such as Verbatim16GB, anything unique to that drive up to 11 or 13 characters. Same can be done with SDHC memory cards and should work using the MicroSDXC card in its SD adapter. This makes the drive easy to identify in Safely Remove. ReadyBoost is 10 characters, would be fine.
