CPU Not Supported for windows 10 ?!

Could you tell me what the problem with it was ?

He has a Gigabyte GA-945GCM-S2L motherboard.

Wow, that's pretty old. Perhaps it doesn't support enabling NX for the processor ...

After a little digging I got my hands on the datasheet for this board. It DOES support the execute disable bit, and it is enabled by default. And the OP says it is on, so I'm running out of ideas here until he tells us the errors he received trying to install 8...

I will try to find a screenshot for the error as it was from long time !!

I Got that error & when googled to solve found that i should change windows startup setting Like in the second pic. But it didn't appear on my CD so i couldn't change it and Windows 8 didn't start !!
Note: that was before i enable VT-x on my BIOS but i don't know if there is relation or no

VT-x is called "Virtualization" in the BIOS, which I'm assuming is ON. It probably would have been by default.
