intermittent dropout of the logitech keyboard

    I got a logitech s510 keyboard combo

For some unknown reason, it has been dropping out quite frequently.
I then need to unplug and re plug it back into the USB port.

I have tried on a USB hub as well as directly connected to the PC USB port.

Seems to occur regardless of which method it is connected to.

Earlier versions of windows seem to not have had this issue.

    Windows version = 1803
    OS build = 17134.112

According to the setpoint software, the batteries are good.
I also press F1 to see the battery status, and the keyboard shows a green LED which means batteries are good.

In the past I never needed to replace the batteries, until the setpoint software says low battery.
And I never had any dropouts.

So I don't think batteries are the issue.

    I also use eneloops batteries.

Have you updated the setpoint software for your product?

    Before you made this comment..

I just updated it to the newest version (not that my version is that old, just one version below this one)

Will report back if this fixes it.

Even though your software says the batteries are good...I would do as ROG suggested and replace the batteries.
