Mouse Scroll wheel works -sometimes- but not all the time :s ?

My mouse wheel will work sometimes but not all the time.
I am convinced that its not a hardware fault, but anyone else had issues with mice and Win10 ?

(there is no special driver from manu website.)

Clean it, grot gets down the sides of the scroll wheel and blocks the scrolling wheel detection.
The screws to disassemble a mouse are often under the slidy plastic feet which means unsticking them.
Hardly worth it on a cheap mouse, just buy a new one.

There are a ton of videos on YouTube on particular mice.

I see a lot of times where the scroll wheel doesn't work if the window has lost focus but clicking in a blank area or click and drag of the scroll bar will get the wheel working. Sometimes a setting change in Mouse to get 1 line at a time instead of the default 3 lines will help.
