Sorry DFX Audio in you specs is not souncard. But your mobo has Realtek chip. Try this:
- uninstall all soundcard drivers, DFX Audio software, Asio4all etc etc
- install these Realtek drivers:
https://us.softpedia-secure-download...WHQL_Flex2.zip
- check if you can set required sound quality.
Regarding Bluetooth headphones - no idea.
The link above is not permanent, please download from:
Download Realtek HD Audio Driver 6.0.1.7796 Flex2 for Windows 7, Windows 7 64 bit, Windows 8, Windows 8 64 bit, Windows 8.1, Windows 8.1 64 bit, Windows 10 64 bit
I just uninstalled my audio drivers as well as dfx. I also downloaded the audio drivers from your link and installed them on my computer. The option to change the sound quality setting is still greyed out.

Too many possible causes. You can:
- check if you have some sound-related apps installed
- uncheck two checkboxes under Default Format
- set all the options for Realtek chip & output device to Default
- test wired headphones & speakers
- test other output at the rear panel
- find better drivers for your bluetooth...
I cannot solve it without the same hw & sw and without much much more info, sorry.
The screenshot you linked to in your original post showed the sample rate and bit depth of the computer's speakers. If you are trying to change the quality of sound in your Bluetooth headphones, you may need to modify the headphones and not the speakers.
Ben
It's plug and play, windows automatically installs the drivers.
I don't think i have anything like that installed, besides dfx.
I have tried that as well, i have tested all the outputs with the same result, sadly.
I can't seem to open the realtek control panel with your drivers..?
Yes, but i just don't see how i can change it, if the options are greyed out?

I used to be able to change the sound quality
...linked screenshot not taken from your system & device, confusing
after installing this version of windows, the option to change the sound quality seems to be greyed out
...previous windows version not specified, w7 requires maybe related a2dp driver
Clicking on the realtek icon doesnt open the program
...bad installation
They are plug and play with windows.
...but driver for dongle exists
...and missing answers: checkboxes, wired devices.
Sorry but that's all from me.
