Fine. I would consider that recovering the data is the first priority. I think you are working on a borrowed machine. TestDisk is installed on the G drive. By default TestDisk will copy selected files to a folder in the TestDisk Main folder.

Move the highlight to the last partition which is the Data partition. Then press Shift+P to list the files. Select just one or two important files and give the copy command. After the copy process is completed check the copied files.

In a shortwhile from now I shall send you a link on how to copy the files.

Copying files listed by TestDisk during Recovery
My external hard drive suddenly became unllocated: - Page 3 - Windows 7 Help Forums

Take only the information necessary to select a few files and copy it to the default directory , ( Screenshot 4 onwards)

In screenshot 7 the default destination directory is shown. Press Shift+C to copy to the default directory.

Can't get it to list files. Pressed 'P'. Laptop being collected in 1 and 1/2 hours from now.

I've got an external drive for this situation. I used Testdisk a long time ago, forgotten it all. But yes we need to rest. I'll have a break then read up on recovering data Testdisk.

In the previous screen did you move the highlight to the last data partition before pressing Shift+P?
