I read cereberus comments about unchecking the box in Mini Tool as you can see i selected the EFI Partiton and unchecked the box as suggested however it still doesn't allow me to move the partition....any other thoughts?

Just looked again at that screenshot. You've done the wrong thing and extended the EFI partition, not moved it.
To move, click in the middle of the partition in the Move/Resize dialogue and drag the whole thing, keeping it at 100Mb.
Maybe you should read the help documentation?
If you've already resized the EFI partition, shrink it by dragging the right boundary left in the Move/Resize dialogue.
I've previously suggested using the boot disk, and commands as per example in #17 to delete and rebuild the EFI partition if nothing else works for you.

Based on that last pic, you have designated the whole 150MB, but have not clicked "OK" and "Apply". Been a while since I moved partitions while in the active system, but I remember PW will say something like "Need to restart to finish", etc....... At which point it will reboot, do the work, and come back up. This using free not paid. Unless they have changed it. I have MiniTool 10.2.3

Yes I am using the free version 10.2.3. As we previously discussed it was recommended not to change the EFI Partition but to create an unallocated space partition to place at the end of the drive and move the EFI partition to the left............are you saying I should resize the EFI partition creating unallocated space at he end ..not clear on what you are suggesting from your last post

Ok maybe I am making this more complicated than it actually is.................see screen shot 1 it shows the 50mb unallocated space and the EFI as 100mb if you look at screen shot 2 (having simply clicked on the EFI drive and selecting move/resize) it shows the size of the EFI partition to be 150mb does that mean that the unallocated space to the right is now part of the EFI partition and I can simply resize the EFI partition by 50mb unallocated space and place that the end or right side of the EFI partition......... is it that simple????

This is what you should have done to simply MOVE the EFI partition:
In the red circle you will see the cursor- now a cross. By clicking on the partition there, you can simply drag it (unchanged) left or right as unallocated space allows.
Now look at the numbers in the purple rectangle and compare with the above. You will see the unallocated space is to the left (above) and to the right in the Move/resize dialogue because I've moved it left.

thanks dalchina all along I get the cross same as you however when I have it positioned as in the example above and hold mouse button down and move the cross to relocate the unallocated space nothing happens and none of the numbers change as in your example having the using enhanced data protecting mode box checked or unchecked makes no difference either

But in your previous screenshot, having extended the EFI partition, you had no unallocated space. Only if you have unallocated pace on at least one side could you move it. That said, as I previously said, I can't try moving an EFI partition myself jut to check there's no problem in doing so.
