One Click Open to Touch Screen and Double Click Open to Mouse ?

Hi , I am used to tablets style when it comes to touch screens where one click opens/runs apps yet however when I use the mouse its entirely different , i either want to drag , fast rename as a priority , i get to see the option is linked in folder properties , choose one style for all , is there a tool / an option i am missing / registry tweak that i can use to assign a different behavior to touch screens and mouse clicks ?

P.S. I tried switching mouse buttons for left handed so to stop me from opening files in one click open mode but still its behavior wasn't convenient .

    Thanks in advance

By default, mouse clicks are one click to select and double click to execute, unless you changed it.
Open File Explorer, go to the View Tab and click Options. Under Click Items as follows.. choose what you prefer.

I rather want the mouse to double click to open app and leave the touch to single click open. Is it possible ?
