New build pc not booting

    so thanks for all your help.....on my advice he is going to change it for a 500 or 600W PSU, I said that 450W will most likely not be enough if he installs a graphic card later.......

    Yes I saw this as well, I can only assume my grandson did his first pc build without even reading the manual(s)..
    wasted my time and that of the responders to my post, for this I apologise.......

    Don't worry about wasted time... There are much worse things to happen, that help others
