eSATA to USB 3 adapter?

Sort of a hardware question:
I I have an old PC with an front panel eSATA port (not power eSATA or eSATA + USB) and a couple USB 2 ports but no USB 3 ports. I have no need for eSATA but have a number of USB 3.0 devices. I've been looking for an eSTAT-m to USB 3.0-f adapter or cable but have not been able to find any. I've seen many USB-m to eSATA-f and several eSATAp-m to USB-f.

I now understand that the eSATA interface does not provide power so the adapter I'm looking for would have to be a powered Adapter. Knowing that doesn't seem to help. Does anybody know of such a beast?

Yes, that's probably the best solution. I have an open USB 3.0 port in back. I should probably just plug in a powered hub. I just bugs me that I've got this unusable front port. :)

If the motherboard has capability I like using PCIe X1 Add-in cards for USB 3, latest I've done gave me 3 USB 3 ports for external access and 1 internal port which worked great for also adding a 3.5" 4-port USB 3 Hub in the front of the case, total of 7 in addition to what came on the motherboard.

Actually, the current capability of the motherboard isn't important because it's about to be replaced. (See thread here if you want to see the discussion.) I don't actually need more than the 2 USB 3.0 ports that I've got on the box, but it's a test / diagnosis PC; I often transfer stuff from my other PCs to it on a USB 3 flash memory stick. Having the only USB 3 ports in the back is sort of a pain.
