    Access drive on blu-ray player

    Hi,

We have a blu-ray player that's attached to our network, I can see it in Devices and Printers but can't access it in Windows Explorer. It has an external hard drive attached and it would be cool if I could access it from my computer.

    Think it's possible?

Nope, you will not without something like VLC. As for the hard drive, that is dependent on the model of the BR.

Thanks bro67 for the quick response, that's what I thought.

If whomever set it up to be secured, so that the clan is not attempting to try and use the hard drive or control the playback of the unit, you would have to look at it as protected as it should be.
