    Hi. Once had this issue with cold boot. The fix?

    I manually set the PCI-e frequency to 102MHz (rather than Auto/default of 100KHz)

    Worth a shot.

    Mine's a Guinness if it works for you too

    Update: I had to refill my EK Predator today so my pc has been off for a while and while putting it back together I thought I swap which outputs I used on the PSU for the gpu. So I switched them from 1 and 2 to 3 and 4 and my pc booted straight to windows I'll shut it down tonight and see if it boots in the morning.
