MS Update 1803 Bluetooth, No COM ports in device manageris created.

After upgrading to 1803 no COM ports are created (Device Manager -> Ports -> Standard Serial over Bluetooth Link) when pairing with our BT device.
This seems to relate mainly to only BT devices that uses the build in Microsoft driver and almost all our customers use dongles that uses MS standard driver.

In one occasion in 20 I managed to create a COM port manually that actually works on 19 it fails.

We have tried all ideas found on the net but nothing works.
Is it just to await that MS sends out a new driver or is this the end of MS Standard driver?

Unless you can find a driver from the BT device manufacturer, you don't have any choice but to wait for MS to fix or do something else helpful/useful. If you can get device IDs for the problem BT devices, you can use them to search for working drivers (if available). Lots of people are reporting BT issues in the wake of installing 1803.

Thank you for the answer and it is like I feared.
We have 80.000 HW devices in the market and for now we have informed our customers not to install the 1803 upgrade or uninstall it if they already got it. 70 pct use the same BT Dongle but many also have BT build into their PC and few of them actually works.
    We will await MS:

Here's an interesting explanation of what's going on with BT in 1803: The Windows 10 April 2018 Update is a massive upgrade for Bluetooth in Windows 10 - MSPoweruser.
