New Partition (498MB) low disk space? (Insider Preview)

Using the latest Insider Preview Build (Skip Ahead), and for some time I keep getting notifications about a "new" partition of 498MB that it's low on disk space.

The partition is empty and it's not listed in the Defragment Manager.

I have a dual boot system with Fedora installed, but I cleaned all the old kernels from there.

Any idea what might cause this issue?

This is the recovery partition and normally does not get a letter assigned. This is a known issue.
Just go to the Disk manager and remove the drive letter.
