I stated wrong. If it says GPT and Partition Magic says it MBR then your disk is configured via emulation. A true GPT disk should be as shown below with my 5TB disk:

And what do you suggest? I know it just worked before, regardless that it is working through emulation.
I do remember that when I set it up the first time, I also had troubles, mainly because the disk is larger than 2TB. It could be that I used Minitool, Aomei or gparted to set it up correctly

Did you try bootsect as suggested above ?
Also, for testing purpose, shrink your disk 1 to 8GB and extract the ISO there. Boot up to see if it works.

Yes I did bootsect, but it didn't help.
Which disk do you want me to shrink? Windows and Minitool assign different disk numbers. And my drive which I want to be bootable is already 8GB

Why? That will be 4tb of copying back and forth and I already know that the system boots from a stick.

I know you can boot from USB stick, for testing if you can boot from another Ex. HD then the problem would be your 4TB HD, the way it's configured, might have gotten messed up. And as I said, you should convert it into a true GPT disk.
If you look at my screenshot, I also boot Macrium and WinPE and never had any problems.

I also had no problems before. But I am sure I messed up the hard disk somehow. I even just unpacked my normal Macrium boot disk to the USB stick and that just works fine.
Forgive me, but I am not going to move around TBs of data to figure out what I already know: that the HDD layout got messed up somehow. I don't even have the space for it.
I did however find out that my HDD has 4k sectors and is running through 512 emulation, which probably gives the confusing differences between windows and Minitool. I could maybe convert it to GPT, but I'm not sure if the HDD that even allows it. And then again, it worked before, for 6 months with no problems.

I understand your concern. That's why I suggested to use Disk 0 instead (2TB MBR disk) to set up your bootable Macrium/Windows. Technically, Partition Magic can convert a MBR disk to GPT disk without loss of Data but I never use this option because each time I have a new disk, I would clean it, re-initialize/format.... before use.Forgive me, but I am not going to move around TBs of data to figure out what I already know: that the HDD layout got messed up somehow. Another way you can try is to delete your current 8GB partition, re-create the partition, format with FAT32,assign a letter then copy back the files. This might clear up the glitch.
