Windows 10: External harddisk won't boot anymore Solved

    The only thing that is still bothering me is that I cannot boot from my external HDD on my Thinkpad X200s. I know it is an oldie (2008), but it is still in active use by my wife. It boots just fine from USB stick, but it would be nice if the hard disk would also boot. Could the reason be that it is more than 2TB? Once I boot into Windows, it sees the disk just fine though.
