Question: With the Realtek driver, going with the latest updated version. Will it keep my "Realtek Audio Manager" or will I loose that? I remember updating once before and all I got was the driver and not the software.
The Realtek LAN driver is for the Network hardware, it is different than the Realtek audio driver which would contain the Audio manager.

    I don't think I asked about a LAN driver.

True, but this is a thread about a Realtek LAN driver. See title and OP's post.

Yep...sorry...I was just asking in the moment as I tend to forget where I'm at, at times.

On my board I must use the most recent Realtek audio driver from Asus, which contains the Realtek Audio Manager. When I use the driver from Realtek, the sticky at the top of this forum, or MS I lose the Audio Manager.

Download the one from the first page of the sticky thread. Unzip the cab file somewhere like a temp dir. Then open Device Manager and right click your Realtek device and use the let me browse for a driver method. Make sure to have a backup before hand just in case. Also if you tweak the EQ to your liking, take a screen shot of it before you do this. That is what I did yesterday and it worked perfectly. I just had to setup my EQ again.

That sounds promising. I'll put on my computer "to do" list!
Got to deal with other 1803 issues first.
