I assume your mouse is wired. is that correct?
Look at the back of machine for a USB port with a black tongue, not blue, red, yellow. Black is USB 2.0

I only have usb ports with black tongue. All 4 of them have black tongue.
Running out of ideas.
Read anoth Steel Series thread. Suggest going into device manager and under Universal Serail Bus look for USB Root Hubs. Look at properties for each and set Power Management option to disable.
One other suggested showing all hidden devices under Mice in Device manager and deleting them all. ( Think you done that)
Done all of them.
I'm about to buy a USB hub , can this fix anything ?
No guarantees.
I would establish return policies.
I know we each have our preferences for certain gear but I might be looking at another mouse.
I saw a lot of problems with this mouse and the manufacture, in my opinion, doesn't seem interested. If this mouse listed as suport under Windows 10?
Maybe even put the issue back in their lap and ask them what info they need to identify issue (Dumps, traces, environment info)?
I have windows 7 so it doesn't need to support 10 . I tried 10 and 8.1 aswell . The same problem appears.
Now i sent them a ticket....hope they know how to fix it now because 1 month ago they told me to send it to warranty which i did.
Oh, thought you were on 10 as this is the TenForums. There is a seven forum although I think you will find the same members.
