If you haven't already done so, give these drivers a try: AMD USB3.1 eXtensible Host Controller Crimson ReLive Edition 16.12.1 driver download for Windows 7 64bit, 8.1 64bit, 10 64bit - driverserve. If those don't work try the Catalyst 13, 14, 15 and 16 drivers on Gpus-Chipsets-Cpus. With the latter, start with version 16 and work your way backwards. Given how new your mobo is, 16 is probably right for you.

And also look at this comment from video:

If nothing worked, try clean install Windows 10.

I tried the thing in the video too. That didn't work. And the comment one, the thing is, I don't want to disable USB 3.0 support. I want to use it.

Ok, do you have a copy of these drivers? Cause the site says: Unfortunately download servers are down for maintenance. Please try again in a few minutes

Now, I looked at the ID's listed, and the BB one is the one I have, so in theory, it would work. But I can't download them cause the site is down. Idk how long it's been like that though. I will post back later.
