    when your mb maker will release bios that include those fixes is anyone's guess. even after they release a new bios, you probably won't even know whether they've included the fix... (eg.. asus has terrible patch notes/change logs. it released a bios at around the same time as the sfi fix was released by intel. no clue if it's actually included!)
    Gigabyte support sent me a new BIOS for Spectre for my 2012 motherboard but haven't published the update on their web site.
