"Go to your PC manufacture's support page an find Windows 10 touchpad drivers. Uninstall the old and reinstal the drivers that you just downloaded from the PC manufacture. I did this with my ASUS and the left and right mouse buttons work and the movement of the cursor works and after rebooting windows does not switch it back to disable the touch pad. The ELAN touchpad now works like it did in 8.1.
