Msvcr120.dll and Msvcp120.dll are missing but C++ 2013 is installed

Im attempting to play a game that requires the Visual c++ redistributable 2013, which i have already installed, but the program still reports that the dlls are missing. what am i doing wrong?

Did you install both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions?

Try uninstalling then reinstalling both versions.

The application that needed it now just crashes, the same part of it works in variations of the application that i am using.
I dont think you guys can help after this point, so i'll mark it solved, because i have all the files as needed.
