    6) Before the next upgrade attempt plan to uninstall all printer software
    Canon, HP, etc.

    7) There will be a check list for the next upgrade attempt.

    8) Open Ccleaner > click windows tab > scroll down to system and advanced > post an image into the thread9) In the left lower corner search type clean > open disk cleanup > scroll up and down > post images into the thread
    10) In the left lower corner search type: system or system control > open system control panel > on the left pane click advanced system settings
    a) > on the advanced tab under startup and recovery > click settings > post an image of the startup and recovery into the thread.
    b) > on the advanced tab under performance > click on settings > under performance options > click on the advanced tab > under virtual memory > click on change > post an image of the virtual memory tab into the thread

    11) Run the DM version of the log collector and post a zip into this thread:

    12) open file explorer > this pc > C: > in the right upper corner search for:
    setuperr.log
    setupact.log
    Post one drive or drop box share links into the thread

    If there is any software that is not licensed please uninstall it.

    For #9 windows has a tool to clean files: disk cleanup
    In the left lower corner type clean > open disk cleanup > scroll up and down > post images into the thread

    1) For startup and recovery system failure:
    a) un-check automatically restart
    b) change write debugging information from kernel memory dump to automatic memory dump
    c) reboot
    d) re-check the settings > post an image into the thread

    2) For Virtual memory:
    a) un-check automatically manage paging file size for all drives
    b) move the dot from no paging file to system managed size
    c) make sure the paging file is on C:
    d) re-check automatically manage paging file size for all drives
    e) reboot
    f) re-check the settings > post an image into the thread

    2) Please comment on pirated software (which are pirated: Nero, Adobe, Microsoft, etc.)

    3) Post one drive and drop box share links for the March 2018 logs

    4) For Ccleaner un-check:
    a) Memory Dumps
    b) Windows Log Files

    here are the pics. did not pirate windows 10. under programs, nero is not listed. are we getting near a solution? maybe i should just do a clean install. this is getting out of hand. didn't think it would take 50 steps. also, this drive is from my other computer. maybe there is a compatibility error?

    Rule 4

    There are entries in the hosts.txt to bypass the activation of Nero products.
