Thank you again! Awesome! Those consistent backups is that run automatically by Macrium or manually by me? Now, again for the hdd. What about external hdd vs internal hdd for images?
Backups can be scheduled or done manually.

External! Eject it and hide it in the sock drawer! :) Part of the backup security is NOT having it connected to the machine when not in use. So, definitely, external.

!!!! Awesome! So, if you put it in a sock drawer :) then you must be backing up manually? What is your schedule of backups? Are you doing it weekly, daily etc?

Daily/weekly to 2 separate externals. Manually. Additional ones as needed, like just did some massive cumulative update. But, generally, daily/weekly. And to answer the next question, FULL image backups.

Thank you! Now, I just got to learn and get used to this process. I am going to look at that tutorial, but are there any other things I should be aware of or other tips that could help me get started on image backups? Otherwise, I think I am good to go. Always questions seem to pop up, but will see.

Kari's tutorial is quite good, lots of detail, and there is always the Macrium site and Forum. If you have any ongoing issues/questions, probably best to start a topic over in the tutorial section. You'll get quicker response and attentions.

Or in the Backup and Restore thread Backup and Restore - Windows 10 Forums

    OK? :)
