Keyboard, mouse stopped working, dust buildup, PC DOWN....

It's a challenging situation as a method is needed to
a) get to the Windows advanced troubleshooting menu on the computer
b) get to the Windows advanced troubleshooting menu on the iso

The other strategy is to find a method to open the BIOS configuration utility.
If you can get into the BIOS then you can change the boot order and boot to the optical drive.

The hardware method to boot to the windows 10 advanced troubleshooting menu you have done.
Attempt it again and see if the error varies or remains the same or if it manages to advance to the menu.

Hey zbook! Giving you an update here and everybody else. I was able to get my keyboard and mouse working again. After doing the F8 At Bios screen and accessing my CDROM I ended up wiping my hard drive and reinstalling windows and it was readable again. I am grateful that there was nothing wrong with my motherboard.

Sure, no problem!!! Thank you for your advice. I have never done images before, just used a program called goodsync and back up my files to one hard drive to another and if something goes wrong with the operating system I just wipe it out and reinstall it. I have done that for years. It will be a nice to do something different that might take less time. I will check out those tutorials.

How is your experience with making images and restoring them? Do you prefer back up on a DVD or Portable device?

Great to hear! Ok! What would be the recommended size for making images? Should I get one that has the same size of my current hard disk?

For example, if your OS (C:) is 30GB, then the image created will be approx. 20-22GB. Doing daily would be ~150GB per week. Macrium will delete oldest based on what you tell it to keep. A 1TB is pretty standard. You could do a rolling 7 day daily, plus a weekly cycle, plus a monthly ccyle (all to different folders on same drive) and have plenty of room to spare.
