BIOS update question for ASUS Crosshair Vi Hero motherboard

I don't know if this is the correct forum for this so please feel free to move it as needed. I have the Asus Crosshair VI Hero board running a Ryzen 1700 with 32gb of DDR4 2400 ram. I have currently installed bios 1701, and after months of tweaking, cussing, adjusting everything is running well. My keyboard finally works the way it is supposed to work (Corsair K70 RGB), my monitors are behaving, and I am afraid just posting this will jinx me :) Anyway, does anyone know if I update to BIOS 3008 or 3501 will it cause problems, and does Windows 10 play well with those updated BIOSes? Thanks.

Oh, yes, I do not overclock anything, I run for stability rather than speed. Games run good enough for me, programs work well, and I have no issues of that sort since I switched motherboards.

Until the Bios update for Spectre appears I'd leave well alone, could look on the Asus forum for any issues with bios upgrades, it is a very very slow forum though.
ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Forum- select your motherboard using the dialogue top right.
