Boot Loop problem on insider computer

Shortly after installing 17093 my old insider computer started behaving oddly. It would go into a boot loop with post error codes of b4 and 15 and I cannot boot from the SSD. I installed 17101 when it was released and the same thing is happening despite the fact that one of the fixes was for the boot loop error.

I am currently reinstalling FCU and will test that out for a while but I am wondering if either the motherboard controller or the SSD are going bad.

According to what I can find out online for your Gigabyte G1 Sniper mobo, here's what those POST codes report:
    1. Error 15: memory error identified in this Gigabyte Forums thread as Northbridge initialization error and/or memory controller error. Apparent fix is to reduce number of memory sticks to 1 or 2 (if 2, in slots DDR3_1 and DDR3_3 -- or, as the poster so helpfully observes "the two DIMMs furthest from the CPU socket." Might be worth a try. Turned out to be memory issues, when the problem was finally solved (by replacing existing mismatched sticks with matched/identical sticks).
    2. Apparently B4 is a USB hotplug error, which according to the scant information I can find about it online, occurs transiently from time to time and doesn't appear to be entirely dire or serious. If one disconnects all USB devices, reboots, then reconnects, this appears to address most such issues.
I'm guessing the memory issue is the one most in need of attention, and recommend you start troubleshooting there.
