While I'm not sure if this will drive out the answer Intel has an "Intel Driver & Support Assistant" to detect devices and suggest drivers.

It is contained within this link. This likely is not your Compute Stick, they have a more complex number on their site like STK1A32SC rather than CS125

I'd like to think their tool should be able to id what it needs. I would at a minimum have a restore point, I like System Images.

You may get more info by right clicking device (Unknown device in this case) then properties, then details tab, then in the Properties drop down box select Hardware ID's. Cut and paste first line into google. Plenty of times it will come back with name of adapter.

Well, you have solved my biggest concern....... I had no sound. It said no audio device is installed.
Your link led me to the audio driver I needed.
    Thanks!
I couldn't give you rep points because when I clicked the icon, it told me I should spread the rep around first.

    Sorry.

Adding : PCI Encryption is still problematic, but I am happy to have sound.

    Hey no problem.

So did they get of the unidentified device or did it just add sound but left the two devices in trouble?

I don't know for sure. It added the audio input & output, removed the "Unknown device", and left PCI as is.
Here is how my device manager looks like now versus the one on post #1.

Can you look at the PCI Encryption/Decryption Controller properties and post the Hardware IDs?
