Dual NEC Monitors Unstable - Win10 Pro, Dell5580 w/DS3100 Dock

I just received a new laptop from work. IT delivered it, configured it for dual monitor display and it lost this the first time the screen saver became active. Detect does not work, identify can. I read the tutorial, yet found nothing significant with regard to the issues I experience. My need is for extended desktop because, the resolution on the monitors exceeds that of the laptop panel.

Can this be configured such that only the two external monitors are being utilized? I am used to seeing this feature used in a manner such that the laptop panel is off or disabled.

Note the laptop connects to the DS3100 dock via USB. The dock must be powered via AC adapter and the mouse, keyboard, and both NEC MultiSync LCD225WNXM are plugged into the dock. Every time I turn the laptop on I obtain different results.

I have administrative rights on the laptop. Apparently, all employess that receive laptops are granted administrative privileges.

Please let me know if you have any useful ideas for me to improve this situation. I am finding it disturbs me from working effectively.

At the moment I have all (3) panels on. Regardless of which panels become active, the working screen is always the laptop/built in display. If either or, both, of the external panels come on they only show the desktop image; nothing more.
