I Restarted My Pc Cause Nothing Was Working And Now F Drive Is Gone

So I got onto the computer around an hour ago wanting to play some video games, when nothing showed up after 5 minutes i realized something was wrong and tried to open task manager and when that didn't work i tried to restart my computer by going to the bottom left, right clicking and press restart. After 10 minutes of waiting it still said Restarting so i got fed up and restarted it manually, when i got back to the home screen, i opened steam i saw that Terraria (the game i wanted to play) was no longer downloaded which i know for a fact it was installed before i restarted the pc. Then when i opened up the file explorer i noticed that i couldn't access Documents, Downloads, Music or Videos, every time i tried a message appeared saying "f\Documents is unavailable. If the location is on the PC, make sure the device or drive is connected or the disk is inserted, and then try again. If the location is on a network, make sure you're connected to the network or internet and then try again. If the location still can't be found, it might have been moved or deleted" I'm only 14 and this is my dad's computer, i have no idea what the hell i should do. Can anyone help?

Is the F: drive an External USB drive? Or is it internal?
If USB, does it have it's own power adapter? try removing the USB cable from the computer end and restart the computer. Put your ear next to the drive and see if you can hear it spinning. If it doesn't have a power adapter, after the computer restarts plug in the USB cable to the Back USB port and not the front as the front ones are weaker. See if it gets recognized by the computer. If not, try it on another computer.
If it is an internal drive, shut down the computer and remove the side and check to make sure the data and power cable are plugged into the drive and the data cable is firmly plugged into the motherboard as well. Put your ear next to the drive, does it sound like it is spinning?
Press the Win key+X choose Disk Management. In the lower pane is the drive showing here? Does it say the file system is Unallocated Space? Or does it say the Disk# (ie) Disk1, Disk2 etc is Not Initialized?

Ouch! That's not a good sign. Take a look at this article and tell us if a disk size is included in the Disk Management utility, or if no such information appears: Solved-Disk Unknown Not Initialized Issue on External Hard Drive. The likely causes, and fixes, for your disk vary according to what you see in the Disk Managment (diskmgmt.msc) utility. Tell us more, and we'll do likewise for you, or you can try the troubleshooting suggestions from the afore-linked article.
