    How to make keyboard not light up (if i press a key) when my PC is off

    when my computer is completely off sometimes I accidently press a keyboard key and then my keyboard starts to light up and there is no way to turn it off unless I unplug my keyboard or turn my PC on and turn it back off. The same thing happens to my mouse.

    How can I not let this happen?

    Hey McSweg,
    Check your BIOS > Chipset Configuration and enable Deep Sleep to power down USB devices after shutdown.

    Boot into Setup (Bios) and go to Integrated Peripherals and look for Wake with Keyboard or some such. If it is enabled using your arrow and enter key Disable it.

    @McSweg

    According to the user guide for your KB, you can set options for the illumination, including disabled if the display is off. Page 21. https://cdn.cnetcontent.com/c1/f6/c1...2b96d2d001.pdf
