Similarly as to vinaygholap, in red at the top of the Personalization screen, it says "Some settings are managed by your organization" which does not allow me to change my desktop background, as all the fields used to change desktop backgrounds are greyed out, as in, "Background" (Pictures), "Choose Your Picture" (Browse), "Choose a fit" (fill). How do I regain management of my desktop backgrounds?

I can however, access and change: "Colors", "Lock screen", "Themes", and "Start", it's just the background is greyed out with the red notification: "Some settings are managed by your organization".

    Other Major Grievances:

    1) I can not access individual pictures from within themes, like I could on Windows 7, as desktop backgrounds from themes, cycles through the theme, as opposed to remaining on an individual picture.
    2) If and when I get access to desktop backgrounds again and not being a panoramic theme, how do I set the same picture from a theme on dual screens in extended display mode, like I did in Windows 7?
    3) I can not find where I can change "Advanced Appearance Display Property Colors" to remove the overly bright white hard-on-the-eyes default setting of all the windows 10 folders. As far as I have found in: control panel > Appearance and personalization > Display, there is no way to change the color of the folder background like there was in previous versions of Windows. (And I don't mean color calibration, I mean removing the bright white background from every folder and every page to a more neutral tone.) Windows 10 is extremely hard on the eyes, even in rgb with the brightness turned down.
