Logon Window (PIN) shows my face but Background Picture Now solid colo

Hello, there were so many hands in this that I can't recall sequence of events for sure.
    1. 7 days a week on the pc severely burned my eyes (two screaming ambulance rides). So I asked Microsoft Disabilities Desk to make backgrounds black. She did.
    2. I discovered that I could selected a common background color so now my POP mail and my logon page are dark brown except when I click the mouse to open the PIN window it is black and PIN text is white. I am not sure but the black may be left over from the Microsoft change (accessibility).
    3. I discovered free Chrome apps or extensions that darken individual websites like Facebook, Twitter and YouTube which could have saved a lot of pain and infections.
    4. The next day YouTube changed software such that I had to remove the extension. However I found a download called Hackers Vision which turns any or all pages dark and I can select dark or normal or turn it off.

However all these overlapping items are not compatible with my BRAIN.

THE ONE THING I WISH TO DO IS to get my original logon picture background back because pictures don't hurt my eyes and I am on the page only a few seconds. I know how to change the background of my ICON /START MENU page, but can find no way to change the logon page. I cannot recall years back to how I put the original photo background there.

    Thank you

Hi Robert Burlison. Welcome to the TenForoms @Robert Burlison

Likely MS set the High Contrast theme to Black. So to undo

Start => Settings => Ease of Access => Color and high contrast.

Set the High Contrast theme to none and click Apply at the bottom. You will notice that you can change colors in the High Contrast Black theme. I believe this theme is over riding your picture so I believe you will have to disable to see lock screen picture.

If you select "Personalization" in settings you will find backgrounds and lock screen. Maybe you want to set background here.
