    Fall Creators update breaks older wallpaper menu usage

    I've use this:

    C:\Windows\System32\rundll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL desk.cpl, @desktop
    to change my wallpaper settings for so long, I feel lost now that its not usable!

    Maybe someone with some smarts will fix that for us diehards .

    Hello DTG, :)

    You can still use the method in Option 7 of the tutorial below to open the older "Desktop Background" control panel version.

no way to use a Huawei Internet Key that uses Mobile Partner, after the upgrade. Always Error 633. Tried almost everything. Reserved port Register modification doesn't work. any ideas?
