how to change inactive windows top/border from white?

    Greetings.
I have found the setting where I can change the color of active windows top and border, but nomatter what I change, an inactive windows top is _always_ white. I would like a dark blue for an active window, and a lighter blue for an inactive window. Is that possible to do? Maybe with regedit? :)

You could try using the Aerolite Theme and see if it helps.
You can get the theme and read about it here:

    Yes and no.
It changes the color of the border of the window, NOT the color of the top bar of the window . It changes the color of the text in the top bar though, so it must be possible to dot it?

You'll need to create a Registry entry at the highlighted location:

Thank you. :) Now I can change the color like I want to, so it fits the inactive windowtitle textcolor (which I can't change).
Why on earth has Microsoft made it so difficult for us to set a minor thing as color-choise??
