How do I rearrange a toolbar item position in Win 10 File Explorer?

How do I rearrange an item position in the toolbar in Windows 10 File Explorer (the one below the menu bar File-Edit-View-Tools-Help)?

As an example, in a picture folder, the choices from left to right are “Organize”, “Include selected folder in library” , “Share with”, “Slideshow” and “New Folder”. When I single click on an image, I get some different choices but “New Folder: is always on the extreme right and is hidden.

The selection I make most often is “New Folder” and I want to move it over to be the first or second choice from the left. Most often it is hidden because of the size I have my Explorer windows set to. When I am working with my files and folders I normally have at least two windows open side by side. Right now I have to find the dropdown arrow and select New Folder from there. Because I use a Hi Res HdMI monitor the down arrow is hard to see and I’ll often click on the Share With” by mistake.

I hope this all makes sense.

Is it possible maybe with a registry change to do this?

    Thanks in advance.

It's a bit of work but possible.
This applies to the Command Bar as you show it in your screenshot, because it messes some things up if you re-enable the Explorer Ribbon!

Basically, you'll re-position applicable buttons, hide buttons you don't use or rename some lengthy ones, or all of the above!
