    Windows-Spotlight not working in 16215, 16226, 16232, 16237 and 16241

After the update fron 16199 to 16215 WS stopped working. I've tried everything I know like reset and re-register ws.
Deleted the files in settings and assets. No files are downloading to assets. I think this look very familiar to the taskbar problem not hiding some yaers ago.
