Since 1903 update Background colors have changed

A few days ago my Windows 10 updated to vs 1903. This morning when I booted up my pc, I noticed a yellow tint in some of the Taskbar.items. I opened an app and sections of it were yellow. Now as I'm starting this thread, the body is yellow, including the Address Bar above. Some of the Icons on my Display have yellow backgrounds. All backgrounds on line are yellow. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Open Personalisation in Settings, select Colours (Personalization, Colors in US English Windows). Unselect automatic accent colour (#1 in screenshot). Select a custom accent colour (#2), select Title bars and window borders (#3)

    Hi Kari,
    I have already tried that.
    Thanks

Well, I found the problem. Since I backup my system daily, I restored it to a couple of days earlier. All was normal. The 1903 update was still installed. Later I opened my Paint Shop Pro app and all went to yellow. While I was in the app I noticed that my monitor had lost it's calibration. To use Paint Shop's calibration, I have to use Windows Intel Graphics to adjust the Brightness and Contrast. When I began to make the adjustment, all went back to normal, no yellow. I had no idea this would fix it, just lucky. My only guess why this problem happened was maybe a conflict with the 1903 update.
