Setting Default Text Size (ie 225%) for all Win10 pro users

Were on a Domain and I want all users to have a default text size (225%) when they logging for the first time. Any thoughts on how this can be accomplished.

    Thanks

What I see in the right-click of the Desktop and Display Settings is a maximum of 150%. My display resolution on all 4 computers is set for 1440x900 and 125%. The graphics/display adapter has some control and the size of the monitor/display panel plays a role.

These are laptops nothing to do with monitors.. I need to keep the text scale in display settings at certain percent for users who login and use the laptop.

So the LCD panel on the Notebook/Laptop does not function the same as a monitor attached to a desktop computer? Guess mine are different [Dell, HP, Toshiba, ASUS].

Sorry maybe I'm not clear.. I have a laptop (just a laptop) can I make it so when any user logs on to it they'll get the same display settings by defaul on that laptop.. nothing attached just that laptop as is. We use it in a business environment where the business app requires a certain display settings and users of the laptop won't know how to change those settings.
