Windows 10 Themes created by Ten Forums members

Just system icons were changed(plus one custom for my OneDrive synced Notes & Scratchpad file.
Yo can see them in the upper left:

New theme time!

As always some more screenshots. Take a look at my last couple of posts to get the idea of what it looks like.
Here are the desktop, some of opened UWP default apps and Hyper-V:

• @Superfly -- SMACC, without this color chooser too, I would never have gotten these colors right, and with the help of the preview window, made the creation faster
• @Hopachi -- for the cursor
• Myself -- for choosing colors and putting it together.

   Note

The complete theme requires four elements to be used/installed:

1. Themepack that includes system colors and a wallpaper
2. One additional wallpaper for Start Screen and/or to use in the Mail & Calendar Uni apps
3. A link to download the custom cursor
4. Desktop icon pack
5. A copy of the instructions at the bottom of the post.

   Information

Instructions to apply your new Windows High Contrast Theme

1.) Download the zip file which contains the HC them, Desktop icons, and go to any provided links for extras, such as cursors).


2.) For Windows Explorer I used Clover(adds a Chromium based, simple, but themable tabbed browsing capability to it). Here is the link:

3.) To get the Aero-Red Dark Cursors from Hopachi, go to this post in Eight Forums:

4.) To get the red theme for Clover, use Edge and download here:
Arthur-Design Red NEON Chrome Theme - ThemeBeta
Note* you need to use any other browser other than a Chromium based one, because, it will install them and you just want to download & save it.
I also use it for Chrome too.


5.) Once the zip file downloaded, right click the file, select Properties, and unblock it(a small checkbox on the bottom right corner of the General tab)


6.) Zipped files need to be extracted by right clicking and choosing Extract(to any place you wish, I have created a Themes Library folder for this myself, but to Documents, or Desktop is ok too).
You can now delete the Zip files and/or themepack if you wish, once they are applied. Although... I recommend, if you like the theme, save the zipped files somewhere other than the system(C:) drive(backup).


7.) Then you just click the Themepack to apply it. Also place the additional wallpaper in your Pictures library, and add them to the theme or apply as Lock Screen and/or Start Screen.


8.) Enjoy!


*Note: To uninstall the theme: just go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Personalization change to another theme, then right click the one you don't wish to have any more, and delete it.

Recycle Bin Not Refreshing?

Using custom icons for the Recycle Bin, causes them to not refresh when something is added(deleted actually) and when it is emptied, soooo:

Remember after applying them both,
so the custom Recycle Bin refreshes when something is deleted, and when the Bin is cleared,
you need to open RegEdit and go to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\CLSID\{645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E}\DefaultIcon

and add a comma zero ,0 at the end of the three keys(like this):

I see there are still those White desktop icon texts we cannot change to Red...

thanks for those fancy icons and extras, we can combine those between themes of course.
And I didn't even use my own cursor back then, just system black.

Mouseover isn't important, I'll pick orange...
