What's up with accent colours? ..
I choose a specific colour and it displays correctly on title bar but decoding it shows a different colour?

... Figured it out - was reversing the hex code incorrectly...

I noticed that too when using CC created theme file. Try setting the color you wish for inactive using the extra reg file I posted(remember Hex value must be given backwards(3d458f is then 8f453d)), and when you set your color accent in personalization, try restarting explorer.

I think the problem is not CC but that windows sync the theme and somehow things get mixed up.

I have had this problem before using CC, and either turn theme syncing off, or when it happens, reapply the theme and delete sync'd theme and unsaved theme.

Also check color settings in personalization.

Creating dark themes is soooo hard. I still think this older one(Carbon&Cobalt) is the best dark I have done yet:

I'll package it with ColorChooser and see how it transfers, if you want to try it Craig>>>

You will need to download both the Theme and the Green Inactive Title bar registry file, open up properties and unblock them. and extract them to where you wish(Desktop, Documents or like me to themes library folder). After that just click or double click BOTH to apply. You can then delete the zip files and reg & .theme files if you need the space as they are already applied and saved.
OK, got it downloaded. I may have to call on you, because I don't understand about "open up properties and unblock them". Gonna give it a try, though.
