A couple, albeit, insignificant tweaks, modifying some Windows Branding. Maybe chat about it in Skype, if we call up a room!

many thanks for your kind offer in the other thread!
I do NOT like Aerolite. I only need the basic Windows Theme modified to have black title bar text and control elements (Minimize, Maximize, Close) if possible. The title bar itself should be colored to blue (RGB 24 131 215).
For inactive windows, I would like to keep the blue title bar color and have the text color changed to some sort of grey.

Since Windows 1511 the text color always changes to white if choosing colored title bars, that is my whole problem...

If you need to know something else let me know. And again, many thanks for your kind offer and your help!!

Strange! It works for me, but only in File Explorer, Control Panel windows text remains white.

Sounds exactly like the same problem I asked about few weeks back, except my title bars are brown, with Gold text, and it only shows up in 1 place, file explorer, all the other title bars are brown with White text, tried everything, nothing works.
