You then get an IE UI that is site specific, notice the header

By the way taskbar items are located at : C:\Users\YourNameHere\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned\TaskBar

Edit: @Brink and @Kari does this look like a possible tutorial/video from you or other members? Actually Edwin and I wanted to use a custom icon but that's not goin to work, and it was hard to find out how to do this on Win10. Or am I on the late show and there is already one?

Haaaa! I found out how to pin a site to the taskbar using IE(but can't use the custom icon, it has to be the favicon).
When you are on the site home page, press Alt+T then down to Add site to apps and click. then go to start menu right click and pin to start!
    These not good enough?

    WoW you are fast!!
Seriously I couldn't find anything in the forums search, and Bing was hit and miss till I got to Microsoft for Windows 8.
I knew about for Edge but it was IE I was looking for. I'm gonna have to G+ this vid so it moves up in the searches(Do you think my vote will move it waaaaay up?). Thanks Kari!

On the side, isn't it neat how it makes a sit specific UI? You can right click the header and add all the tool bars if you want, but the coloring and all is pretty cool. also in the start menu, the icon offers InPrivateBrowsing of the site too.

Ok you created a shortcut, I originally dragged and dropped the one from favorites onto the desktop for the original short cut. For the icon I wanted to use
Windows 10 Themes created by Ten Forums members-ten-forums.png made into an ico file, that's why I made the background blue instead of transparent. I wanted the actual forums Logo. Windows 10 Themes created by Ten Forums members-ten-forums-copy.png then Ten Forums - Copy.ico
Which in turn I customized the D&D'ed shortcut.

But then I found something easier and better(but not customizable and this thread is about theming and customizing) I was actually testing on a way, to see if using windows own built in software, It was possible to create certain shortcut icons, like using sites logo shrunk down, instead of favicon.

How about a large ICO file Kari(on the fly, just to test).
