@Wynona a tiny suggestion,
If you download Shawn's ( @Brink ) Aero Lite theme then build your theme over it(and save as NewNameHere after) the window chrome(title bars and window borders) will also have the theme's color. In fact, they show which window is active(the darker color). Here is an example with your theme:
And when you post the theme, even people with out Aero Lite will have colored borders.
I'm a big fan of the High Contrast Gold theme that I found on here, but I did notice a few things about it that were a tad off imo. So I made a few adjustments. Basically, some of the colors seemed to stand out a tad too much in certain areas, such as the fact it used multiple shades of black in the start menu (I also changed a few other shades around to make it look a tad bit better imo). Also, since I'm currently using windows 8.1 while I await my Windows 10 upgrade on this new/used laptop I'm now using, I've swapped the background image with one that doesn't refer to any 'specific' version of windows. Here it is if anyone wants it.
Hi guys and gals:
Can you guess who submitted the desktops in this theme? Yup, I got 'em all from Show Us Your Desktop [2] - Windows 10 Forums.

Before you go to High Contrast, turn off colors on Tiles in Settings/Personalization/Colors.
