    Thank you Edwin,

    Very well-balanced colors!
With this setup you can make other interesting variations, silver, copper, you name it...

    Hey Cliff,

many thanks for your kind offer in the other thread!
I do NOT like Aerolite. I only need the basic Windows Theme modified to have black title bar text and control elements (Minimize, Maximize, Close) if possible. The title bar itself should be colored to blue (RGB 24 131 215).
For inactive windows, I would like to keep the blue title bar color and have the text color changed to some sort of grey.

Since Windows 1511 the text color always changes to white if choosing colored title bars, that is my whole problem...

If you need to know something else let me know. And again, many thanks for your kind offer and your help!!
Ok @geheim, I'm now one step closer.
For the inactive title bar to be RGB 24 131 215 go to [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\DWM] and either create or modify if you have it
    "AccentColorInactive"=dword:00d78318
or download this reg file and merge it:BlueInactive.zip
I'm still trying to see if there is a way to override the text color for those color hues on the right side of the slider(spectrum).

@geheim, if you can live with a "slightly" different shade of blue for the active window(the inactive is your RGB wish color), then you can get your black text, remember for the inactive titlebar color you need to see my last post.

    Give it a try: GeheimSecret.zip

I might have found the reason of the White & Black text enigma": Previous versions of Windows that used Aero didn't have this problem because the title bar text was always shadowed.

Thanks prikker, there is already a tutorial in the forums on this: Inactive Title Bar Color - Change in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums
geheim is looking for black text with a specific color blue in the title bar... and I'm looking for a way to override Windows making text white on the blue/violet side of the color scale.

Questions on the "Holiday Sparkle" High Contrast Theme Edwin,

How does a user turn off the colors on IE11 when using your theme, I don't mind it changing the top bars, but it also changes EVERYTHING to brown and gold, when displaying web pages.

You don't/can't. You'll need to use Chrome or Firefox.
