Uh huh! You're starting to use OneDrive where I use OneNote(which I believe uses OneDrive too, correct me if I'm wrong please).

I snagged the cursor. If you have any more or have a link to good "clean" free ones(no cartoon junk please) that would make my day, and I'm getting the .ICO pack too.

But like I said earlier, I'm going to wait until UXtyles comes out with a better version for 10 before I go all out theming again. For now maybe I'll try modifying dark Hi Contrast themes.

I used OneDrive cuz the ico cursor pack itself was too large to upload as an attachment here.
I'll check on the cursor thing.
That icon pack is tops!!! Give 'icebabee' an up if you can!
I'm not doin the UXStyle thing either, it messes up too many stylesheets!
I don't know if they've made improvements to HC themes but, if you mess around with them enough, you can come up with stuff that's very doable! :)

It's just high contrast usually gets leggo-blocky looking on some windows, or bleeds over into to IE & Edge on some sites, for example all of Microsofts are not usable/readable also Softpedia is black on black, so that I "forced to use Chrome. Not a bad thing, but, I just prefer IE11:)(it's only for true/real geeks).

    Oh, one other thing Edwin,

When it comes to icons I always use the .ico and don't know when I should use a .png. Could you, maybe, start a thread in Customization with a mini tutorial about icons. I mean I know the basics, right click>change icon>browse to where they're stored(after changing, never move the file), I know this, but for example changing Library icons on This PC doesn't seem to work(I can change the icons on the 2nd internal drive where they physically are but not This PC at the top). Like I said a tut would be good.

I'm still working on Idea's and planning for a 3rd party customization thread... I have 3 weeks of vacation starting 21 September to 9 October then I work a week, then 2 more weeks vacation(that's all of it for this year) and I can finalize the last touches then copy & paste it to a new thread(for pics I'll use steps recorder then upload the pics). Then I have to search all Ten Forums for links to previous discussions, get links to 3rd party SW sites. Plus I need to think about thread rules, such as no trolling about how you hate a specific software, just explain your experience, give a warning if you want(like system instability, black screen upon uninstall(hello UXStyles as much as I like you), special precautions..etc.

So you see my hands are full too. Plus like you helping the less advanced. But Heck.... this is fun.

Yeah, it definitely is fun! :)

Changing icons, as you mentioned earlier, is gonna take some shell32.dll tweakin I'm afraid.
I did the 'global icon change' thing in the registry but I'm not diggin it
cuz you can't see anything at a glance and there is so many areas where it won't apply.

As long as shell32.dll tweaking doesn't screw up sfc/ scannow.

It's the other way around I thought Mike. Your tweaks are Windows 10 Themes created by Ten Forums members-nuke_explosion.gif from SFC/DISM
