Thanks for reminding me My installers folder is like an old sock drawer. I really must tidy it up sometime.
You're welcome Keith. Not mine though, I have one on my 2nd internal drive, and one on OneDrive, which is good for my Insider VM and laptop, even though I could just drag & drop using Network in File Explorer. But having them on OneDrive is just another good to have backup, incase of getting an infection or Ransomeware.

I downloaded it and direct it to the above themes file for edge, when >I click decompile it keeps crashing.

    That's a shame...
Well I never used this stuff before Cliff. And I get the same result.
Either way you would get a XAML file out of it. In this case something like Edge's internal UI elements names.

You can also search for XBF2XAML:
    CommonRepo/01.Projects/02.UWP Untils/XBF2XAML at master · LibertyOrganization/CommonRepo · GitHub

Not sure what you plan to do with that XAML (reading purposes?) if you have it, unless you're into coding.
I don't think you could change something in the app looks from here.

    Curiosity?
No I can't code, but I want to see how it is skinned.
Even when I can't code, some things are named and written logically, the I can get a little idea.

    OK.
I don't think you'll find much on how it's skinned: it just uses solid colors black-white variations.
In the end the less embedded resources the better.
Program will be required to blend in with the system instead of using its own themes.
