    If system32 is fading out, it'll need to be done with XAML, which is already possible, and in the code, when you look at the Mail and Calendar apps!

    That has a nice look to it! Cola Red...

    Wooden mouse pointer: not impossible but a lot of work, if you also consider all the high dpi layers.
    Cursor has to be fancy in wood but be visible as well.

    For now, you could try using the DMZ-Neon-Orange:

    EDIT: You should recognize it from Linux as well... DMZ-Cursor-Theme -> Adwaita seems also to be based on it...

    Yup, that putrid green do be sucky! Maybe if it had a bit more blue in it? I like the concept.

    It has to do that I am not that experienced working with GIMP and color to alpha(transparency).
