Do you want the AeroHybrid version or the High Contrast version?
If you get the AeroHybrid, be sure to get both zip files. I have noticed on mousing the download links that some people ar not downloading the inactive title bar zip, and it's important for theme continuity.

Which is better, High Contrast or AeroHybrid, and less likely to cause problems?

Neither cause any problems, get both. The only thing is where black text is hard coded, you might have to switch to a regular windows theme if you need to read something., because of the dark background. But it's pretty rare.

No problem, you're welcome. You might want to save that InactiveTitlebar reg file to make future color changes. You just need to change the last six characters of the dword(HEX) value. They must be give backwards though.
Example: the caramel one for this theme is HEX #cc7e29 so in the reg file it's HEX #297ecc
    Code:
    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\DWM]
    "AccentColorInactive"=dword:00297ecc

@Hopachi I have a great substitute for File Explorer that takes on the AeroHybrid themes, thanks to @CountMike. Now I have a bit more continuity when using Aero
    Thanks, good option!

    CopperSunset theme

I've altered my Sunset3 theme a bit, keeping it light on Aero (no HC version yet) but with the copper taste from yesterday in mind: CopperSunset.

The Gray color is now a Sandy-Salmon-Coral-Orange-LightBrown...

Note that window border is also colored, also is that for the right-click menu.
The initial desktop background is a png gradient, hence only a few KB download size.

This is a second attempt, included in the theme, having less jagged lines and lighter intensity:

The inactive title bar is included (registry entry) + settings and system apps use the dark theme (dark mode on).
    Used cursors: Aero-Red

    Cheers!
